Email Filtering Instructions
Outlook
You will need to add our From address, support@royalloungecasino.com, promo@royalloungecasino.com to your address book:
- On the tools menu click Address Book.
- Click New and select Group. This will launch a new card window.
- Enter Royal Lounge Casino in the Group Name and Name boxes, then type our From address, such as promo@royalloungecasino.com or support@royalloungecasino.com into the email address box.
- Click OK
Hotmail or MSN
- Open your Hotmail mailbox.
- Click the Options link, on the main menu tabs, then Junk E-Mail Protection link, then Safe List.
- Type: support@royalloungecasino.com, promo@royalloungecasino.com or other into your safe list.
- If you see one of our emails in your Junk Mail folder, click 'This is not Junk Mail' to avoid having email from the same source sent to the Junk Mail folder in the future.
Yahoo! Mail
- Open your Yahoo! mailbox.
- Click Mail Options.
- Click Filters.
- Click Add Filter.
- In the top row, labeled 'From header:' make sure Contains is selected in the pull-down menu.
- Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, then enter the Royal Lounge Casino email address.
- At the bottom, where it says "Move the Message To:" select Inbox from the pull down menu.
- Click the Add Filter button again.
- If the Royal Lounge Casino emails have been filtered to your "bulk" folder, simply open the message and click on the "This is not Spam" link next to the "From" field.
AOL
- Open your AOL mailbox.
- Go to keyword: Spam Controls.
- Version 9.0: Open the latest email you have received from us
- Click the Add Address button (on the right) to add to your "People I Know" list.
- Alternatively, you can just send an email to support@royalloungecasino.com, promo@royalloungecasino.com, and that will add us to your "People I Know" list automatically.
- To Do This
- Open an email you have received from us.
- Click the Reply button (it's in the top right corner).
- A new email window opens with the wrong address in the "Send To" box.
- Replace the address in the Send To box with Royal Lounge Casino address such as support@royalloungecasino.com
- Click Send Now (in the top right corner).
- Even if the email you send doesn't get through to us, the act of sending it does the job of putting us into your "People I Know" list
Wanadoo
To ensure that your Royal Lounge Casino emails are delivered to your Wanadoo mailbox, instruct Wanadoo to attach us to your contacts list. Here's how:
- Open your Wanadoo mailbox.
- Open the email from Royal Lounge Casino.
- Double-click on the Royal Lounge Casino message to open it in a separate window
- Click with the right mouse button on the Royal Lounge Casino address that you want to store.
- In the menu that appears, click on 'Add to Address Book' Back
Gmail
To ensure that your Royal Lounge Casino emails are delivered to your Gmail inbox, instruct Gmail to filter them to your inbox. Here's how:
- Open your Gmail mailbox.
- Click on Contacts
- Click Add Contacts
- In the first field labeled Name: type in 'Royal Lounge Casino' (without the quotation marks).
- In the second field labeled email: type in support@royalloungcasinoe.com, promo@royalloungecasino.com or other email address from Royal Lounge Casino (without the quotation marks).
- Click on the 'Add Contact' button.
